Default idle issue need help badly

1991 civic
d16a6

i recently just reinstalled my engine after doing new internal work on it.

when i took everything apart it idle'd fine.
when i reinstalled it, i added nothing. i only took out the a/c and all the stuff related to the a/c since i never really used it.

now the idle isnt working properly.

what i have done so far.

i replaced with a new throttle body gasket.
a new o-ring that looks like a figure "8" on the iacv.
a new o-ring on the FITV.

it did help with most of the bouncing and stalling out before i replaced those items.

it still stalls after i hit the gas kinda hard.
it stalls when i stop at a light.
the idle will increase after i drive a while and then make a stop at the light.
the idle will go up about 300-500rpms over the course of the drive.

i took out the iacv to check the ohm and it says 11.5. somewhere it states thats a good number.

i used brake cleaner to spray over connections and hoses that lead to the intake manifold/iacv/fitv or anything else that may have seemed related.

i dont know what else i can do.
any help is most welcomed.
i am willing to redo any thing i may have already done just to see if i have missed a step.

thanks for any assistance.

Try bleeding the cooling system of possible trapped air.

For the IACV and FITV, did you use carburetor cleaner to thoroughly clean out the passages that bypass air from the top of the throttle body to the intake manifold?

You also might want to troubleshoot the coolant temperature (TW) sensor.
