Default Idle jumps from 1100rpm to 2100 rpm

Well i have a 93 civic, 1.5l d15b7 new head gasket and all other gaskets, timing belt water pump are new. When i start my car in the morning it goes to 3000rpm for about 30 seconds and then starts the basic honda idle problem you know whuuum whuum whuum well as u know it can be a number of things so i started checking stuff like themap sensor changed it out with another one no differencce i changed the ihac valve and yes its getting antifreeze no change so i pulled my throttle body and check tps it seemed fine but i did not replace it i just hooked it up and it did the same so i grabed a can of starting fluid and started spraying nothing no vacuum leaks that i can find i also checked the pcv valve its good i cant figure out why this thing goes whuum whuum whuum. I have had help from a couple of import guys and they cant fix it either so if somebody can send me in a different direction that would be great

You have an air bubble in your collant. You need to bleed the system. open the nipple, let thermo stat open you want a soild stream of fluid coming out no bubbles ok. here a pic of my nipple...lol...sounds nughty.Dont take bledder all the way out open it far enough for fliud to come out but not shooting a guyser lol

In addition to bleeding the cooling system, clean the IACV and check/clean the fast idle valve:

Well i tryed bleeding the system no luck so igotmy buddy bringing over his ventless radiator funnel thing and i have messed with the master idlebefore handand it doesnt do anything at all im going to check the fast idle valve (witch is getting antifreeze)and clean the iacv. Also my fan never kicks on(motor works i checked). The only way it would come on is if i hit the A/C button and it would turn the radiator fan on but, their is no A/C anymore i ripped all that **** out so do i need a temp sensor of some sort (gauge works and never over heats)

"Jumper wire" the 2P connector for the coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing. If the fan then runs with the ignition key turned ON, then the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.

By the way, this is the proper way to bleed the cooling system:

well i checked the fast idle valve when it was cold and it was sucking a hole **** load of air so i put my thumb over the hole and it wanted to stall but when i let just a little air threw it idle at 1000 rmp, it was perfect, is that most likely the problem,im going to check it when its warm and see what it does but i think the fast idle vavle mighy be the right direction

You should try disassembling the fast idle valve (FIV) and cleaning it before paying money for a new one. Also inspect the rubber seals. Cleaning the FIV or replacing bad seals has a good chance of fixing the problem.
