i have a 98 civic just replace the distributor and quite a few other things but now while i am driving and while its idelin when i get at 3000 rpms it starts to jump up just barley but it starts to make a pop noise everytime it jump doesnt really effect the driving but since it started it also acculates kinda ****y have not yet replace the plugs n wire they are only like 6 months old n the plugs are barley brown any other thought?
