Idle jumps around when warm

Idle jumps around when warm
So lately my idle will jump from roughly 800 to 2000 rpm once the engine is warm. It does it when its in neutral or at a stop in first gear. If i hold the brake and let the clutch out a bit in first, then put it in neutral it idles normally though, any ideas where I should start guys?
