Default Idle problem?

ok, i drive a 98 civic lx and it drives great... but when i stop it idles sooooo low, i think its gonna stall!!! i checked and i am putting the clutch the whole way down... there's nothing stopping it...

i took 2 pictures with my phone to show where it idles, the pictures are of the vehicle sitting at a complete stop...

is there any way i can just make it idle higher?

thanks for your time...

My 92 cx is doing the same thing, it only happens when it is really hot outside. Hasn't been too bad lately though.

I forgot to mention that my car idles fine after I drive it for 20-30 mins. It usually gives me problems when I start the car in the morning or after I park the car for a few hours.

Did it give you a check engine light after you adjusted the screw?

When I turn my AC on when it's idling low, the AC makes clicking noises. I'm assuming it's because the idle is too low to power the compressor.
