RE: Im really confused about camber and toe
i believe if you're looking at your car from front view and you see your tires like \---/ or /---\ or mixed \--| /--|then you need camber adjustment. but if you're looking from top of your car and you see your front tires /--\ or \--/ then you are toe'd in or toe'd out and i believe balancing can cure this, same goes for mixed \--| /--|.

RE: Im really confused about camber and toe
ya thats what i used on mine 94civic... same setup style as my 99 as well...
FRONT IS VERY SIMPLE!!!!!! just the upper camber arms
and the rear COULD BE HARDER... it all depends if the bushing/bolts are seized!!!!!!
on my 94s TOE adjusters. 3 of the 4 mounting points bolt/bushings where seized together and had to be cut out... alittle to close to the gas tank for comfort to try and torch them out....
but at least for the rear camber adjuster arm thiers only 1 posible seizeable bushing bolt. LOL and you can simply hack say that sucker out and just use a BOLT and nut on it.
BUT how low are you siting?
i used Stecs on my 99 and the stock TOE adjusters just needed adjsuted. VERY MINOR!!!!! and for my rear i just stuck afew washers under the arm and put the bolts back in... tho if you lowered to much i would advise pulling one bolt out and finding another bolt thats ruffly 1/4-1/2inch longer... if it bottoms out simply put some washers to space the bolt out abit. very easy....
BUT the adjusters are a beter idea..... alot more adjustablity...

RE: Im really confused about camber and toe
ya those should work fine.....
i used all WICKED products on my 94civic... i just made my own front square washers for the bolts. cause they just come with round washers....
main reason i went with adjustable toe pieces is because ive had problem with seized bolt/bushings..... so since i can adjust them WITHOUT touching the bushing/bolts that typicaly seize... i thought it was a good idea...
THO ONE THING YOU REALY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT is the tire clearnace........... depending how much suspension travel you have... cause when you straighten up the wheels they COULD CATCH the inner fender lip..... if so you definatly need to roll the fender lips....
i had to with my 99civic with my 17s
cause if your inner fender lips TOUCH THE SIDEWALLS.... well say goodbye to your tires! they will slice RIGHT THRU THE SIDEWALLS preaty quickly..... hopefully your rims offset is GOOD BUT.... thiers still a chance. so definatly check it out FIRST before taking it in for alignment.... cause they will just do the alignment and 99%chance they wont care if the inner fender lips tear right thru the sidewalls of the tires!
