intake not sealing

i have a 2000 civic d16y8 motor. my intake is leaking all the way across the top. torqued right yes. tightened in sequence yes. ive done everything by the book. this is my fourth try still no luck.i am using fel-pro gaskets. any ideas . has anyone had any problems with this??????? also the head/intake are not warped i did check them one corner of the intake is out .0015 not enough to matter. what the heck am i donig wrong?[:@]

is it the original IM that you're trying to put on? Also, did you scrape ALL of the old gasket off the head and IM face surfaces before trying to put it back on?

yes factory im, and yes i did clean surfaces good???
