Question JDM 99 fog light wiring kit help!

JDM 99 fog light wiring kit help!!!!!

I bought the below jdm fogs for my 99 Civic and ran into problems hoping someone can answer. My mate and I have searched tons of DIY threads on multiple sites and can’t find a clear answer as nobody is showing where the Brown female connector goes/connects to. Either that or we suck at searching. So frustrated cant get it sorted.

"Power 1" is connected to the number 4 slot on the internal fuse box and "Power 2" is connected to slot 2 on the internal fuse box.

Now the real question is "Where the F**K is the plug that goes into the brown one?!"
Checked it on the on the passenger’s side, behind the fuse box on drivers side, behind the steering wheel, removed the steering wheel surround to have a clear view but still no joy.
One brown connector connected at the back of headlights.

I have followed this topic: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...0-civic-68753/
I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

I wrote that one ages ago.

The male connector that plugs into that connector has a blue wire attached to it. It's almost always just taped to the back of the fuse block.
