Hi, i just bought a 1993 civic hatchback and has a few electrical problems that i need help with. First the heater/vent blower does not only works on high when the switch it on high. It doesn't work at any other position. Also, i don't care very much about this but the rear wiper only works when the wash button is pressed---anyone have any suggestions to help me out?

sounds like relay problems... dont know how to fix it but that seems to be an ailment

 

ok i'll check out wiring, relays and test/replace the switch. hmmm, is this common for this car?

 

at my show when the heater will only work on high it sounds like your switch is going out. also sounds the same for the windshield wiper.
