ok well here is the deal, im debating putting fog lights into my 2002 civic, below the honda emblem, there are two square plastic pieces, can those be removed, to install the fog lights there? (also here is the worse question, getting a new shiftknob, because mine is a little messed up. now the stock shift **** has a plastic clip on it, that the leather around the actual shifter is connected to. if i was to get an aftermarket shift ****, would i have to get some sort of mounting clip so the leather connected to the base of the ****?)
