Default Keys for 99 ex

My key fob works right now but I like to keep actual keys around to get into the car if my fob ever breaks or something. When I purchased the car it only came with the ignition key, and this doesn't open the door or give me access to the trunk.

My question is: Is there supposed to be a separate key to open the doors and stuff or do I have franken-car? lol

From the factory, the same key worked everything. It is common for the ignition cylinder to wear out and get replaced with a generic one with a different key.
