Default Knocking noise from rear when turning

My 2000 Civic Ex is making a rhythmic knocking noise when I turn left. It doesn't make it when going straight and the sound seems to be coming from the rear, but I am not sure. Brakes are new. Is this the wheel bearings or cv axle?

That sounds like CV joints. That's more of a clunking sound on sharp low speed turn.

I agree, cant mistake that bad cv sound.. I hate it... ugliest sound I think that the car can make!

KDH621: That noise would not come from rear, go to a big empty parking lot, roll your windows down and stick your head out your car while turning and accelerating... I am positive cv will be your problem. Also, check your CV boots to make sure there are no leaks or tears in them. Good Luck!
