Exclamation Knocking with Oil

I have a 96 Honda Civic with a D16y7. Today it started to act a little weird. Earlier in the day my aftermarket oil pressure gauge started making bad noises. On my way to work, while decelerating, it would start to shake and stalled out several times. I got my car home and checked my vacuum lines to see if that is what had caused it and after I wiggled one around it stopped. I drove it around the block to see if it would do it again and it hasn't since. On my way back something squealed and my motor (I believe) started knocking. My oil level is where it's supposed to be at on the dipstick. I had someone look at it and they said it's possible fuel is getting mixed with the oil because when I had first got this car, 5 days ago, they had noticed valve stem seals in the trunk. Not sure what's going on.

Any help is appreciated.
