Default Lack of power when hot

I have a 1995 Civic Dx that I just just replaced a timing belt, water pump, head gasket, O2 sensor, coolant temp sensor. Everything went together fine car starts up great when cold and as it gets hot it seems to lose some power. The only thing I can think of is that the converter is bad but I do not get that rotten egg smell. This is my nephews car and it was not running when I got it so I have nothing to go by. Also there is a small exhaust leak on the intermediate pipe by the muffler.

Thanks in advance

Tony
