it looks like its leaking from the head... and there is oil on the headers, by where they connect to the head. i might be loosing pressure.. but i hope you guys can tell me how to fix this and i hope its not a serious problem?
the headers are wet. the side where the b18 is on is soaked with oil.

Kinda looks like its the valve cover corner there to me, but it's hard to tell exactly from the photo.Have you had it off before?
Might just need some gasket sealer under the corners there.. Other then that i am out.

Terrible pictures. Though it looks like the oil is leaking out of the valve cover gasket then running down the head and getting on the headers.
When the oil light comes on while driving you need to stop IMMEDIATELY and check the oil level and not run the engine at all until you have enough. If your oil light is coming on even while the engine is properly filled with oil, you have another problem.

I will concur about the valve cover gasket. It's an easy fix. When you get the gasket, pick up some liquid gasket (Honda #08718-0001) and put some on the sharp corners before laying the gasket down. While you have the cover off, visually inspect the timing belt and look inside the spark plugs wells for oil.
