Leaking Output seal help??

New here, any help would be great!

Anyone have problems with aftermarket output shaft seals? Installed one a week ago and it leaked, put in a new one yesterday and same thing. Seals were neither damaged.

97 civic lx manual. right front side.

do I need to get and oem seal?
