Most people won't do it under the tabel here in georgia. It comes with jailtime and a hefty 15k fine. Not sure about other states, but i'm sure theres stiff penalties. Besides, not fixing it isn't going to fix your problem, is it? P

^Well, when you live in a state with bull**** emissions laws, it's hard not to do it under the table... lol. I've never heard of a penelty like that... but idk, I suppose it would make sense that they'd have a srict law against it...

you mean a catalytic converter? im going to run all the stock exhaust parts from the civic that i end up buying. Until i can afford to get a magnaflow high flow cat and the greddy sp2 that i want. Im just worried about the jdm ecu and if it will cause problems

thats why i love tennessee we have no emissions or anything. i can swap any motor. i run my civic with no cat(meow j/k).as long as your not racin up and down the streets they dont care what ur doin.
