License plate light not working...

Default License plate light not working...

I am having an issue with my license plate lights they are not working all the other lights in my trunk work fine. I tested the bulbs with a volt meter all is good i tested the socket and i have no power there. I have a 2004 honda civic lx 4 door sedan.

Clean the sockets and check the fuses then trace the line back if you can
and see if there is a break Or youve lost ground in the circuit somewhere..
sometimes the light bezel grounds itself..other times there is a line ground.
