Exclamation Lots of problems!!!

Hey all. I just bought a 95 civic dx coupe and love it. Have a few minor issues that I need help with.. 1. Temp Gauge in cluster doesn't work. 2. Check engine light doesn't work (I'm assuming previous owner took the bulb out) 3. once I get the check engine light working, how can I check the codes? I dont know of a place that scans OBD1. All input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

1. Check the wire on the temperature sender, which is screwed into the end of the head beneath the distributor.
2. Yep, bulb probably out. Remove cluster and check / replace bulb.
3. Once you have a working bulb, codes are read by putting a short wire into the test jumper near the glove compartment, then turn the key on and count the blinks of the CEL.
