Default Low beams do not work

No low beams lights...highs are fine...break, turn, haz, driving, all working but no low beam lights, checked low beam main fuse, ok. Any help would be appreciated, can not afford the dealership..

What year Civic do you drive?

In my vehicle (99 EX coupe), there are two fuses for the headlights. One in the cabin, and one in the engine bay. Have you checked both?

Also, another thing I can think of immediately is the headlight stack going bad. The fact that they both do not turn on is making me think a fuse or the switch (headlight stalk) died.
