i recently purchased a 91 honda civic dx, the issue i am encountering is that my highbeams are functioning however my low beams are not, and all my other lights are working, and i know that the bulbs themselves are fine as they will occasionally come on for about 1 second very dimly and then turn back off(this seems to be random), im curious if you guys could offer some advice as to the issue i am encountering, driving with my highbeams on in the city isnt exactly a great solution.

 

This would almost have to be the light switch itself.
