Default Low Compression

hey guys I gots low compression is one cylinder on my B16A2. I was wondering if you think a problem with the VTEC system could cause this only in one cylinder?

Yup that's what it sounds like. If you want to sell the motor and trans let me know. lol I've done a few rebuilds on those and they're not bad.

Have you done a wet versus dry compression test to determine whether the piston ring is bad? If not, you could have a bad head gasket or valve/valve seal. Do a leak down test to distinguish these possibilities.
