Default Low Idle, Stalling when A/C Starts

I just finished replacing the head on my wife's '01 LX (automatic tranny.) It took me a lot of hours and sweat but I got it done. It fired right up and runs like a champ BUT I am having one small problem now. The car idles just fine, nice and smooth at about 800 RPM. If I turn on the A/C and the compressor cycles while the car is idling it bogs to the point of stalling. Is there a switch or sensor that is supposed to increase the idle when the A/C kicks on? If so where is it and how hard is it to replace?

Have you tried cleaning the IACV?

***How-To Clean*** Your IACV a.k.a. Idle Air Control Valve - Honda-Tech

When was the last time the ac was recharged/serviced?

I installed a new compressor and condensor about 4 years ago. I have had the radiator flushed twice since then but never really needed any service on the A/C its frosty cold.
I read another thread on here about the IAC and it sounds like a potential culprit. Would seafoaming the throttle body clean that or do I actually need to disassemble it?
