LOW RPMs at startup, little throttle response
Hey HCF, so I've got quite a little predicament here. I have an EJ6 Hatch with a D16Y7 motor. I just removed the engine as I had to tap a new hole into the tensioner, but when I went to start her up today, it struggled to turn over but once it did it had a very rough and low idle, and stepping on the throttle/manually moving the cable under the hood proved to be minuscule. Im not sure what could be going wrong, Im 99.98% sure everything is hooked up correctly, this is just stumping the hell out of me.
There are NO CEL's, but the battery light stays on since it died in the 4 months its been sitting in front of my house.
Any help is appreciated!
