Major clutch problem

I've done no burnouts and no real abuse besides hitting Vtec twice. 1 of the motor mounts is new and the other looks good as far as I can tell.

Here is the crazy part. I started the car yesterday let it warm up to normal temp and drove it around the block a few times to show my wife what it was doing. Nothing happened and it sat there idling just fine for 5 minutes. It drove like it has before.

I am no idiot when it comes to cars but I'm no mechanic either. Everyone acts like I am nuts when I tell them what my car was doing. Its probably safe to say what it was doing will more than likely do it again. My best bet I guess is to try and rule out the little things and hope nothing major happens while I drive it. Thank you all for your time and help. I will post more info as its available
