Smile Honda code scanner

Hello all.
I'm glad to be here. This is my first post.
What would you do to do daily maintenance and diagnosis...using a scanner or else?
To get a scanner seems not bad and convinent, so I googled Honda code scan tools.
I found a Maxiscan JP701 and a <link removed>. for Toyota Honda, both look ok. Now I'm wondering if anyone can give me an advice that which one is better?

I'm going to assume that anyone who includes a live link to some product in their first post is a spammer trying to promote said product.
