Default manifold bolt trouble

i went out to swap my stock exhaust manifold for a racing header today. everything came off fine til i got to the last nut on the end of the manifold, the one right next to the power steering pump and the nut on the stud is completely rounded off. its too tight to get a pair of vice grips in there, unless i completely remove all the power steering pump brackets. any suggestions?

You can purchase special stripped bolt remover sockets from a hardware store. I got mine from Sears.
