If the idle speed fluctuates with the IACV unplugged and the fluctuation stops when the IACV port is blocked with your finger, then the IACV may be bad or clogged or the port in the TB for the IACV may be clogged. If this all looks okay, then adjust the idle speed as described in the diagram.

 

i bought one like this and i wonder if it will do the rpms or if its even worth a crap,.....if not i will buy a new one ,....what kind do you have if you dont mind i dont wanna buy another pos lol ??

You need an OBDII scan tool that reads live data. I have an Actron CP9180.

 

got the idle adjusted every thing seems to be fine now ,................just wanted to say thank you all that helped
