Ok time to be dumb. I dont know much about cars but my dad has worked on them his whole life. We recently bought a 87 CIvic CRX Si and the head gasket was blown, and we replaced it and had a pressure test done where they informed us that pressure is building in teh radiator from somewhere. There are no signs of water in the oil or oil in the coolant. The water pump, hoses, thermostat, temperature sender switch, coolant sensor have all been replaced as well as the radiator has been flushed. We have been trying to figure out what is going on with it for the past month and he has decided to try and just swap motors if we could find one affordable, what other type of honda cars motors would be interchangeable, it has programmed fuel injectors. Or for that fact what other motors would be compatible and require as little work as possible to swap out. If someone could give pointers i would appreciate it.
