Default Mystery No Start

OK, This recently happened to me and I want to share the Fix that worked for me. Maybe it is already known, I'm new here.

I have a 1993 Honda Civic DX 1.5 L 5 Speed.

Would not start, but could push start and jump the cylinoid with a paper clip or whatever.

Put in junkyard starter, no start!!!!

Put in new starter.. NOTHING!!!!!

Put original starter Back in.. NADA

Distributor Cap.. NOPE .. NO Start..

New Distributor... NOTHING!!!! Put old one back on.

Test Alternator: Wont EFFIN START!!!

Jump the clutch safety switch.. CAR STARTSSS !!!! WOO HOO>

New Clutch Safety Switch.. No Start. Put old one back on.. . WTF!!!!

Put new one back on, hold down button with finger... CAR STARTS!!!!!!

OH Man... what the hell... There is a rubber button on the upper clutch pedal bar, when the clutch is pressed it presses the button down on the clutch safety switch...allowing the car to start!

MINE FELL OUT!!!! so there was only a hole left, completely missing the button on the clutch safety switch. I just used metal tape to tape up the hole, CAR STARTS!!

BOOoooooOOOOoooOOooO. Lots of work... simple solution!
