I have just bought a 95 civic from my brother. The ac really needs to work to cool down the car. He said that it has always been like this and even been back to the dealer a couple of times the first few years. The car can't cool down while in town, needs to be on the highway for awhile to begin cooling. Is this normal for the older civics? The car also has had tinting added to try to help. Thanks Bill
