Can someone give me step by step instructions on settingthe timing in my 99 civic sir. I have moved the distributer but the ECM compensates for it so I have got to be dooing sompthing wrong.

you have to jump the harness like you are pulling CEL codes under the dash. that will lock the timing from moving around.

CEL codes is the same as diagnostic codes right
