Exclamation Need help about civic ex starting problems

OK so i have got a 1998 honda civic ex. When i start it up it takes about 5-15 seconds for it to start if it has been off for awhile. But it starts right up if it has been on for a little while. Also when it takes a little while to start i can smell gas. A lot of gas smell is in the car. Anyone got any ideas as to what could be wrong. My Check engine light says something like manufacturer error or something. HELP!

Default Codes

Hey the codes that is saying are P1259-Valve timimng control
And also P0300 Multi misfire, and P0301 Misfire cyl 1,2,3, and 4. I just did a tune up on the car about a month ago. New Plugs, wires, new intake, oil change. Alot. Any ideas as to what it could be?
