ok will do it.if not this could me switching the speedo from a 4dr 93 onto my 95 coupe have anything to with it?

No, they're the same. Could have broken something in the cluster taking it apart.

Again, check the lights on the heater panel, they're on the same circuit. If they still work, dimmer is OK.

every other light work just not the dash.
is there a chance even the slightest,
that i blew out every bulb how many would that have been?

Did you say that the heater panel lights work and dim and brighten with the dimmer switch? If so, the wire to the cluster lights may be broken or the terminal in the connector is not making contact.

The wires involved are plug pins A10 (red and black wire) and A11 (red wire). These go around on the printed circuit to the bulbs. The illumination bulbs are larger than most of the bulbs for the indicator lights.

my advice would be what ronj said.. altho it diddnt work for me, out of all the topics i read about it, he just gave you the best advice out there.

Mk, the 92-95 Civic service manual has those two wires pinning to B11 and B12 in the cluster connector.
