Need help in restoring dashboard lights & adjusting headlights
Hi,
Hope to get help, from those who know, about a 1994 Civic DX...
2 issues -
1 -Dashboard lights are out, have checked the fuses, all are fine...
2 -How do you adjust the front headlights, up...
Thank you ahead of time to anyone who can suggest some solutions!

pop out the cluster and climate control, you can replace the bulbs or do custom LED lighting. You can get pretty similar results just getting replacement LED bulbs tho...
There are walk throughs in the DIY section of this site and others.
I was told, never done it so not sure if its true, there is a little gear like looking box on the light housing in the engine bay to adjust the tilt of the headlights, well that is my EK, I think EG is similar, here is a pic of mine:
(hopefully someone can either correct me or verify if this is it)

The headlight adjusters are designed to be turned with any ordinary #2 Philips screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver into the pocket from above and the side of the screwdriver acts like gear teeth to engage the gear.
If none of the dash lights work but the tail lights do, either every single bulb is burnt out (actually not that uncommon) or the dimmer control is bad. Pry the dimmer out and unplug it, then jumper the solid red wire to the solid black wire in the plug. This should make the lights come on full bright when you turn the light switch on. If it does, replace dimmer control. If it doesn't check the bulbs. Again though first verify the tail lights on the outside of the car work. If they don't it's either the fuse or the light switch.
