Default Need Some Advice ASAP

Hi, I just started having issues with the Honda after one day. I have a few actually. First- when I start the car it idles high and then goes down after a while then fluctuates between 500-1800 rpms. When driving while at stop with clutch in it revs sometimes to nearly 3000. Would this be a TPS issue??? Second is I have a parasitic drain thats curable by disconnecting my battery when not driving. Within 5 min it went from 13v to 12.63 to 12.59

the drain could be a million things but the rpm fluctuations could potentially be solved by cleaning your idle air control valve. you should also clean your throttle body,PCV, and EGR while your at it.

So the TPS bolts are weird (look backwards) and messed up can't remove the TPS. Will have to take it to a shop Unless you unscrew them from throttle body? I'll upload car pics again maybe one of you peeps can point it out. Throttle body is on top near brake booster

Ok so replacing TPS didn't fix the problem. Car revs with clutch in still to 2200rpms. Chugs when shifting gears a little like half a second later. Clutch works fine. Vaccuum leak? Or sticky throttle cable? I need to figure this out!!

Since I don't know where anything is in the car and nobody is stepping in..... I have a throttle cable i dont see a throttle body. I dont see an egr valve anywhere nor anything other than the TPS and thats it
