^there is a DIY on it.

And OP............ I already know this is gonna be fail.

Good luck with your car, dont remove interior, it will do nothing compared to what your giving up, and it will look hideous.

I have a 91 hatch, DPFI Y7 and the thing is slower than hell, like seriously, when it was in my 97 DX it was slow but felt a hell of a lot faster with MPFI.

But that was also 5 speed not a 4 speed lmao

i will be doing interior stuff but im not gonna go all out. racing seats will be put in and the back seat will be removied but other then that, just a roll bar and engine upgrades is all im looking at. and nike, im not turning into a super fast car...yet lol. all i wanna do now engine wise is upgrade it to 140 hp or so so it isnt so slow. i got a friend thats got alot of spare parts for a b16a1. so when i swap my engines ill get his parts, order a better transmission that will fit it, turbo it, and go with a ems system. **question** does a blow off valve do anything for he car, other then make it sound nice when shifting

D16a9.
Do it.

Blow off valve keeps the car from blowing up during shifts. Its needed.

I agree with Punisher...the D16a9 would be nice and u wont have to much to get the hp ur lookin for (its barely less than 140). Id just do a simple D16y8 swap personally...a lot of work but thatd be hella sweet in a ef and its simple. Or go ***** out with a H or F swap but ur not wanting that much power.

And i think its necessary for a turboed engine.

It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a B16 and still makes okay numbers. B16 may have 160 hp but it has sh*t for torque.

Plus, everyone and their grandma swaps in a B16. It's just a lame *** swap. A B16 is not going to be very much faster than a D16... and definitely not $2000-worth faster. ****, for the same price as the B16 swap, you could swap and boost a D16Z6.
