Default need a starting point

i just bought a 35 civic cx hatchback and my turn signals, clock, temp gauge, tack and spedometer quite working. ok i have taken the spedomiter cluster out of car cleaned it connected every thing up makeing sure i hade a solid connection checked all fuses under dash and under hood and i still have no turn signals tach speedo temp gau... im at a loss hopefully some one has has this problem that can shed some light on it for me

Fuses under the dash.

Do the hazard blinkers work when you press the button? That shares a lot of circuitry with the turn signals but has a separate fuse.
