New battery, new alternator... and it still won't start!
Honda Civic ex 99 automatic 4 door
Starter is good
Timing belt is good
New alternator
New battery
New tuneup
New oil change
New transmission fluid
It clicks one time and makes a squealing noise. Lights and everything turns on inside but engine won't turn over.
Please help! I need this car to take my kids to and from school as well as my work.

Loose battery wires or grounds or starter connect. Basically check the big wires for damage or bad connection.
If it's not that stuff, it is the ignition to starter circuit (small wire). Check if you have 12v at the starter (small wire) when the key is engaged. If you get nothing it's that circuit or the ignition itself.
Try Eric the Car Guy on youtube for no start troubleshooting.
