Im thinking of buying a 2001 Civic its a four door 5speed. Its got more than 150,000 miles and power everything. The price is 4,000$. A few questions. Is this a good deal ? And what engine is in it. D17A1 or D17A2? Im not sure that its either, just what i found from searching. I don't know if it is the LX/DX. Any help is appreciated. Also, this is mainly going to be a commuting vehicle, so fuel economy is my primary concern. However i still want 'decent' power. So, im probaly going to swap a new engine in when i get it. What engines could i swap that have better fuel economy. Thanks.
