Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator?

Have you also checked the IACV and FITV on the throttle body?

My suggestions above are based on information that you have supplied in this thread. Nonetheless, the most common causes for a no-start problem are:

1) Lack of spark at the plugs. It should be bright white bluish as opposed to weak orangish.

2) Lack of fuel. You should consider measuring the fuel pressure.

3) The mechanical timing is OFF, that is the cam is not perfectly synchronized with the crank at TDC1.

4) Low cylinder compression.

I highly recommend that you double/triple check these key items that account for the vast majority of no-starts.

well i have checked the mechanical timing so many times in the last couple days i feel like i could do it blind....lol.......the compression is 150 psi on all cylinders.....the spark plugs came out black today and they were brand new.....i havent checked the actual fuel pressure but we pulled off the line coming off the regulator and my brother held his finger over it and i turned it over and it built up quit a bit of pressure

What color is the spark at the tip of the plug? See post #5.
