Default NEW MEMBER: 96 Civic LX d4 light flashing and hard shifting

i looked through here and saw a few explanations but nothing pin points it. I have the d4 light flashing and hard/rough shifts throughout shifting with my automatic transmission. my check engine light is burned out or disconnected but i scanned it and got a few codes... *P0700 (x2) *P0715 and *P1768
so the 0715 is TSS sensor? would that make my transmission shift hard? i have reciepts for replaced motor and trans in 2011. So maybe disconnected wires? i didnt notice anything..ANY help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

Also, funds are tight, is it possible to keep driving this way for a week or two, without damage?
