Default new pan gasket but still leaking

new felpro perma dry pan gasket installed but still leaking . Installed with no sealant as per instructions & torqued properley & leaking where pan meets front timing cover any ideas ?

I would remove the cover and gasket before taking a good look at the metal sealing surfaces. Look for areas that are not flat or that have large scratches. If anything like this is found you may need to remove or "assist" with a sealant.

The original build on almost every car and every surface today is silicon sealant. For that reason they don't leak.
Why they say no sealant is beyond me. It is a miracle product that means no leaks. Plain and simple. No mess in the driveway, no stains on the garage floor.
It's no secret, but it's the true cure for any leak.
