Used to have problems starting car, but it would always start later or next day. Changed plugs, distributer cap, etc. and is not starting at all anymore--but sounds like it used to when it wasn't starting. This is the first time I haven't been able to get it going. It's not the main relay or ignitor but the problem is that there's no spark. I am running out of things to test and check. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

 

what do the spark plugs look like when you take them out? Can you hear the starter when your trying to turn it over?

 

Before I replaced the plugs, they were a little oily. And yes, I can hear the starter...

 

This is from the Haynes manual for the 92-95 Civic on your plugs being oily.

Symtoms: Oily coating caused by poor oil control. Oil is leaking past worn valve guides or pistons rings into the combustion chamber. Causes hard starting, misfiring and hesitation.

I had the same problem with my 95 wich had no spark but of all the things is wasent getting any fuel and the fuel filter was cloged and i replaced that and BAM its firing and starting right up, we had change the plugs and wires the distributor and even change the battery and put new cables on before i checked the fuel filter. So this may not be any help but the symtoms you say are the same mine had when i bought it a few weeks ago.
