Default Noise from left front wheel area

Hi folks, need a little mechanical help here

2003 Civic DX Automatic

There’s a click (tock) type of noise coming from the left front wheel area (driver’s side). This occurs when I turn right and when I brake. I changed the driveshaft (CV joint) but that didn’t fix the problem. My left front wheel is also excessively worn in the inner side.

Could it be a bushing, the steering rack, a need for an alignment, etc.?

Noise is one single click/tock... not a tock tock tock like when a CV joint needs replacement.

The car drives straight, doesn't pull to left or right at all.

Thanks guys and girls

check the tie rods ,..and all the bushings in that vicinity look for torn or rotted rubber ,..and check the strut to see if its broke...........good luck

I would check the strut mounts as well.
