Nuther Question
No offence^^^ Haynes is worthless, but thats my opion. If you wanna learn how stuff works or were its located how to replace it you need a sercive manula pic below.
But any how all you need to change your rotors and pads a a set of MM sockets and a rachet, a C clamp and a impact driver its like a screw driver on roids you hit it with a hammer it kool.
if you opt to take it to a break shop to replace them youll be looking at between 100-200 this will include rotors pads and labor. Im guessing??
Or save some cash and do it your self
pads 20.00 life time warrenty at adavance auto
rotors are 13.00 a piece here at a place called Schraders also a life time warrenty I think??
Labor cost none.
Learning to do it your self Pricless....lol
If you dont have tools Im sure you can have a friend loan your some. But seriuolsy, it takes me using a jack and some stands like 20min to change all that stuff. Hondas are the easyiest cars to work on, and there all put together pretty much the same way regardless of year and modle.

Have you figured out which wheel is causing the problem? The first thing I would do is to remove that wheel and rotor, clean off all the surfaces and reassemble. It could be that the last time you put your wheels on some dirt got behind the rotor. If problem still persists then replace just that rotor. Some will say thateverything needs to be replaced in a set. I always replace just what is bad and have not had a problem. It's the least expensive way to go. After repairs are done do a few stops from high(way) speed to break-in everything. If it pulls to either side then further work needs to be done.Additionally, take your pads to the auto parts store and compare them to new ones. If half or less is left, replace them on both sides of the car.Pads are cheap. You should be able to do all this without removing a brake line. If you do have to removethe line,be sure to bleed the brakes before going back on road.
Realistically, for the price of parts and ease of installation, I would just replace both sides. There is nothing fancy about the brakes on these cars. Last time I did mine it took 30 minutes from start to finish, doing both sides.
For those that are not mechanically inclined brakes are a fantastic "first project". They are easy and will instill confidence in your ability to turn a wrench. I have seen some of your posts, and you are open about not being mechanically inclined, this is the perfect project to start down the road of wrenching your own car. Also, some sort of manual is a good idea (you'll use it a ton once you start to feel confident about working on your car). Good luck, and have fun.

Today after school im jacking the car up and gunna be looking at both sides. I might just clean em off.. should I use straight water and a scrub brush or wouldI be able to use a brake cleaning substitute?

I have one of those in .PDF format. I love being able to search it on my laptop. Makes it go soooo much faster than hard copy.
