Default From OBD1 to OBD0 ?

Allright, I badly want to do a swap, but they are expensive. I have a 95 si hatch which is obd1. So a B16a2 would be an ideal swap for me, but it's almost $3000 shipped!!!! I noticed the OBD0 b16a1 swap for older hatches are a lot cheaper almost a grand. Is it hard to convert from OBD1 to OBD0 ? Is it even worth the trouble? What's all involved ? I know a lot of wiring. . .

You will have to convert your car to accept a cable transmission which means cutting holes and a bunch of bs that sucks plus you will end up with a 20+ year old engine
