Odd Electrical issues...
I will start with my gague cluster... I think there is a bulb inbetween the tac and the spedo I dont know if it has a short or something but while driving with my head lights on somtimes that light is on and sometimes its on and sometimes its not... I never notice it turn on or off... it just is... its the higher rpms and the lower mphs.... the lights around the area illuminate it enough for me to be able to see it but its still kinda annoying... When I turn my headlights on my in-dash clock changes to 1:00 and fades out... and when I turn them back off it resets ot 1:00... I dont use the dash clock a whole lot but at the same time its never been accurate... yet again, not a big deal but annoying... My heter/ac controls sometimes the lights work and sometimes only half of them work and sometimes none of them work... very annoying at night... the weird part on that is the lights iside the buttons work, as far as the a/c light the recurc/draw-from-outside, and the foot/head/foot and head/ vent ect... The major issue I want fixed is the fact that my fan does not work... Before I would be driving and the fan would just stop for a couple seconds and come back on... then one day it stopped and did not come back on... I checked fuses relays and played with the fan speed switch... I thought my blower motor went and then one day while driving it just started working agin... for about 2 months no problems... Then last thursday it stopped again... Im pretty sure the blower motor is up under the dash and I really dont want to replace it if I dont have to tear my whole car apart... any ideas on where to start checking?
EDIT: 1995 Civic DX... I swapped in a 1.6 vtec if that matters....

Check the ground bolt on the left kick panel, it has a bunch of black wires connected to it and grounds most of the stuff on the dash. Whenever "odd" electrical things happen and systems that aren't supposed to interact start to interact, always suspect the grounds.
The blower motor is under the dash all the way on the right side of the car; you can work on it without taking anything apart. When it is supposed to be on but not working measure the voltage between the two wires in the plug. If you have 12 volts but the motor doesn't run, it's a bad motor. If you don't have 12 volts measure the voltage from each wire to ground. Both at zero means the motor isn't getting power from the fuse and relay under the hood. Both at 12 volts means the ground circuit isn't complete, this goes through the resistor, switch, and the ground lug under the dash.

Is there any way you can show me a picture of the ground bolt? There is a lot of wires in the left kick panel and I make a better mechanic then electricain... lol.. and you mean the actual plug on the blower motor? any way I can get a picture of that too?
Thanks for all your help already...

1) Check for a loose cluster bulb between the tach and speedo.
2) Heater control panel lights and blower problems: My guess would be a loose connector at the rear of the heater control panel and/or a bad heater control panel.

To take the heater control panel out of a 92 to 95, remove the dash trim (4 screws, 2 in bottom and one on each side of the top), next remove the radio, then reach up through the radio opening and unscrew the 3 screws that hold the panel in.
