Oil leak
I thought the same thing with mine, and tried several different oil seal O-Rings - no dice. Turns out, my oil leak was from the VTEC Solenoid seal - the one between the VTEC Solenoid and the head itself. I snagged some new seals and stuffed 'em in there - no more oil leak.
Since the engine's tilted down slightly towards the front of the car, the oil seaps out through the seal, runs down the head, finds the top of the block slanted slightly towards the front and runs to the front of the engine, Check around the backside and feel the underside of the VTEC Solenoid - if it's 'wet' with oil, there's your problem.
Otherwise, slide a small mirror under the distributor and check around where it enters the head - if it's 'wet' there, then your distributor seal is most likely the problem, as jim9148 suggests. Which is pretty easy to fix, like he says.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I washed my engine/engine bay yesterday and i noticed oil coming out of the solenoid as you mentioned, i cleaned it but i have to check if it is leaking again.
