Default Oil in radiator?

I have a 2000 Honda civic ex v-tec manual. I just noticed a lot of oil in the radiator. I am just curious as to what steps to take from here. First I was going to get it flushed and then when i get the money together take the head off and have it done. Obviously change all the gaskets that go along with it. Is this the correct way to go about this or am i missing something i should check first?

Check your oil. If it is really foamy, there is coolant in it and your head gasket is most likely blown. Overheated lately?
